Pubic Hair Removal- Possible Link of Lice Decline

Almost all of my really popular articles are about removing hair from the private area, especially via waxing and shaving. No one has to tell me just how common it is to go almost or completely bare.

According to an article on bloomberg.com, the popularity of removing pubic hair has been credited to the decline in the cases of the crab-shaped lice that can dwell there. It states, "Clipping, waxing and shaving the groin destroy the optimal habitat of pubic lice." Sydney Australia's main sexual health clinic hasn't seen a case since 2008 in women, and the cases have fallen dramatically for men. (Read full article.)
