Blinc Eyebrow Mousse

I realize that money can be a real issue for some. I know it seems so much easier on the pocket book to buy the $1.00 pencil from your local drug store or super store. Before you do, think about the long term.

With Blinc Eyebrow Mousse you are getting a tube, similar to that of mascara. You simply apply the mousse, as you would mascara, to your eyebrows. You will have a little time before it dries to clean up any mistakes, but once it dries, you're set for the day. It's smudge proof and water resistant. It doesn't flake and will last long into the night or even early morning hours.

I used the light brunette. When I opened the container, I thought I was going to be in big trouble because it looked very light. Right now, I have black hair with a blue tint. Well, I was going to give it a try and see what happened. The color actually looked really good. It was a little light but still looked like a natural color.

It didn't look cakey or like the clown brows people sometimes get from not applying eyebrow pencil correctly. I was pleasantly surprised. I applied it at 7:30 A.M. and forgot about it. After a long day at work, I realized I still didn't need to do any touch ups. I hit the gym and prior to working out, I washed my face. I hit the treadmill hard and when I was finished, I washed my face before I headed home. I again, I noticed that the mousse was still in place. It was not until I used make-up remover that it came off.

It claims there are anti-aging ingredients in the product, but I didn't notice any difference from using it. Even if there was, I don't see the skin under my eyebrows so although anti-aging benefits are always good, I just didn't see it.

Now, let's talk about the price. I agree that the $25.00 price tag seems ridiculous when you can purchase a pencil for a couple of bucks. But, this tube will last about 6 months, which is when you should replace make-up anyway. Also, because you are using a wand, you will never have the drawn on look. Unless you know what you are doing with a pencil, stay away.
