The Bottom Line
I was a little disappointed with this device. Although the Epilady Sport worked great, I would say the price and lack of consistency with the cap is not worth it. I would opt for the Epilady Speed, a device that is less expensive and does the exact same thing.
Pros
- Fast hair removal (31,000 tweezes per minute on the high speed)
- Comes with a convenient perfect angle guide to help with hair removal
Cons
- A little painful
- The precision cap is difficult to work with

Guide Review - Epilady Sport
This model removes the finest hair right out of our legs, arms, bikini area and face (except eyebrows). It also allows you to choose between two speeds, the slower speed is designed for more delicate areas and the faster for larger less sensitive areas. A perfect angle guide will ease the pain of removing hair. These are all the same features that the Epilady Speed has.
How It's Different
The Sport is a different shape than the Speed but seems to do the same great job that the Speed and the Legend does, but at a higher price. It does come with a precision cap that the Speed doesn't have, but I had a really hard time working with it. It would come off at all the wrong times. Even if the precision cap stayed on, I didn't find it any easier to use in the more sensitive and delicate areas.
Why Pay More?
I like the Sport. But I like it a little less than I like the Epilady Speed. They both did a great job in removing the hair and giving me about three weeks of smooth skin. But for the price, I would have to choose the Epilady Speed. I can't see paying about $20 more for the precision cap that doesn't seem to help.Disclosure: Review samples were provided by the manufacturer. For more information, please see our Ethics Policy.
