The Bottom Line
This clear mascara kept my brows in place, and gave both my lashes and brows a nice, natural look. But the mascara part for the lashes stays wet too long and it flaked on both my brows and lashes.

I am not sure how I feel about this product. I liked the eyebrow side of the duo. It swept on to my brows like creamy peanut butter on bread. It was simple to use and very light looking.
I didn’t need much of the product but noticed the tube opening is almost too small for the wand, so not a lot of product came out. It seemed to hold my, sometimes rogue, brows in place for a better part of the day.
I‘m a believer that if the product is going to be anywhere near your eyes, it should not flake, smudge, or run. This clear mascara did not always stay in place and the flaking was an issue for me.
The mascara side of the duo didn’t live up to my expectations. I felt as though it was wet for a long time. I had a difficult time walking around with a wet feeling for the first ten minutes, like melting icicles on my lashes so that made it difficult when wearing contact lenses. I felt like I wanted to wipe my eyes and that would make them more irritated.
I did notice that the product tended to dry out quickly. I never use the wands that come with the product. I use disposable wands and change my wand after every use. I never double dip the wand as to avoid getting air into the product, which may cause it to turn colors or dry out faster. It dried out quicker than it should have. But, for $1.00, I would give it a try.

Flaking
There were a few times that it did seem to flake and completely irritate my eyes like the old school Rave or Aqua Net hair spray. Remember those?
