The Bottom Line
The E.L.F. Eyebrow Lifter and Filler is a nice item that lasts for most of the day without doing any retouches. But I didn’t like the flat lifter color and also didn’t get good results using the filler alone to fill in my brows. The price is right at $3, so I would highly recommend getting a stiff, angled brush as well to use with the filler part.

Guide Review - E.L.F. Cosmetics (Eyes Lips Face) Eyebrow Lifter and Filler
The pencil circumference is very thick. So if you like a thicker pencil to hold in your hand, you will like this one. The filler and lifter sides are both soft. I tried sharpening both sides several times and never got a really sharp end.
The pencil was close to room temperature again and the filler became soft and difficult to manage. I placed it back in the freezer and it seemed to work just fine. Be careful when applying to avoid mistakes, because it’s a bit messy if you have to start over.

Getting a Solid Point
So I turned to my freezer. I threw it in there for about seven minutes and tried sharpening it again, and them it came close to a point. I began using it soon after I froze it, and the filler seemed to work pretty well. I definitely used it sparingly and was very careful not to pretend I was coloring in between the lines! I used soft hair strokes and simply filled in (hence the name filler) the sparse areas of my brows. I was pleased until it was time to work on the other side. The pencil was close to room temperature again and the filler became soft and difficult to manage. Trying It With Another Tool
Now here’s the way I broke the dependency of the freezer for my lifter and filler pencil: I used a small, stiff and angled brow brush to apply the filler with the same hair strokes and it worked perfectly- unless you’re going for the Charlie Chaplin style of brows. I have dark hair and found that the medium was a bit dark, and I probably should have tried the light. How It "Lifts"
The lifter side of the pencil is just as soft as the filler. This is applied to the brow bone to give the appearance of a lifted brow. I found the color to be dull and flat with no shimmer quality to it. It was too pink for my skin tone and I had to blend it a lot.See more of their products: Elf Cosmetics Reviews
