The Bottom Line

With Edge Infused Shave Gel you really can’t go wrong- it’s inexpensive, yet effective. If you can deal with the initial medicinal smell, it’s really outstanding.

Guide Review - Edge Infused Shave Gel- Hydrate

Edge Infused Shave Gel was like a pizza and beer or fine wine and cheese. It was that good! A silky smooth shave was what I got when I used this new gel. I also got added benefits of moisturized legs. Bonus! Okay, I know some of you read that and wanted to navigate away from this page. Don’t. I think that you will be pleasantly surprised, as I was, if you give this stuff a try. I have tried many different types of gels and creams from the cheap $.99 cent store off brand to the high-end stuff they sell at Saks. I’m sure I could testify in court Voir Dire about the stuff.

First of all, you can buy the gel anywhere. I saw it at the market and at the large super stores. You don’t have to travel far to find it, which makes it nice. Second, you will not pay and arm or a leg for it. It ‘s extremely affordable and a little goes a long way.

Here’s where it gets good. This, ladies and gentlemen, is not a cream. It is labeled as a gel. It seemed to me that it was a bit of both and feels so nice going on. It did not have that transparency that most gels have. I would say it was a creamy gel. Seems like an oxymoron, really.

My razor had never been happier, I am sure. I wasn’t yelling at it and it seemed to glide over my legs, taking my overgrowth of hair with it. After rinsing, I was left with frictionless legs that felt like they had been moisturized with a nice lotion. I think the only downfall I found was the scent. I used the ‘Hydrate’ and it had a medicinal smell to it. But, it did not linger for long and the benefit of smooth legs with no nicks definitely outweighs the short-lived scent.
