What Brought You To Specialize in Waxing?
After my daughter was born I was ready to start a career. Something relaxing and stress free. I decided being an aesthetician would be ideal. I visualized working in a spa with candles, dim lighting, and Enya playing in the background.
Come to find out I am really great at making people feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations...otherwise known as Brazilian waxing. Six years later, here I am. My day consists of Brazilians, eyebrows, backs, legs, underarms, nostrils, bums, toes, arms, and a facial thrown in for variety. ;) I love what I do and couldn't imagine doing anything else.
What Do You Most Love About Waxing?
What I love most about waxing is that I am able to help my clients feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I do this by keeping the conversation flowing. I'm genuinely interested in getting to know my clients and it shows. I've been told many times by my clients that "they feel like they're coming in to chat with a friend".
