Guide Review - Talika Eyebrow Extender
I opened the box as if I was going to find the golden ticket. Inside was a twisty tube labeled dark brown. A hard plastic tip was under the lid. It reminded me of the stiff plastic sides of a toothbrush. I twisted and twisted and a dark gel appeared at the top. I placed a small amount on the back of my hand and noticed the gel was clear. But, in side the gel, were small, hair-like fibers.
I began the process by sweeping the brush up through my eyebrows. My eyebrows did appear a little darker but they were also wet. I noticed that the sparse areas of my eyebrows still looked sparse. There gel did not help fill in the areas as I thought it would and should. For the price, someone should come with it to apply it for you!
I thought maybe the dark brown was not dark enough since my hair was now black. So, I opened the black color and began the process again. Not a huge difference. The color of the hair-like fibers was darker but I still had the same result. I still felt like I needed to fill in the sparse areas. After my workday, the fibers had made their way from my brows to the tops of my cheeks, my white lab coat and everywhere else except my brows. Flakes everywhere!
I would have to say stick with a pencil or powder and get the results you want. I did not like this product and was very disappointed. I will say I am using Talikas Eyebrow Lipocils for hair growth so if it works, I will give this product another try. For now, save your money and continue with a brush or pencil.
