In my second treatment (performed two weeks after my first) I was able to use the highest setting, number five, which I kept for the entire treatment because I want the best possible results. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t feel any pain, or even discomfort. The only time I felt a bit of a pinch was in my underarm where I didn’t get a really close shave. I was shocked when halfway through my second treatment the lamp cartridge died on out on me. So one cartridge had only gotten me one treatment on my full legs and underarms, and then burned out about when I finished both of my lower legs during my second treatment.The cartridge is supposed to last 750 shots, and I don’t think that I made that many in about 45 minutes or so of time. When I spoke to someone at the company, they told me this was normal. Provided with another cartridge in my initial kit, I just replaced it which was very easy to do.
